I’m Kathleen Peitz, a Group Benefits Consultant with Benefits Authority. I help small and mid-sized businesses create employee benefit plans that are practical, sustainable, and easy to understand.
I came to the group benefits industry after a career in the automotive sector, where I managed teams and saw firsthand how much of a difference it makes when people feel supported. That experience shaped my belief that well-supported teams are more engaged, more productive, and better equipped to succeed. Today, I bring that perspective into my work by helping employers build group benefit solutions that genuinely support their people while making sense for their business.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family on our acreage, reading a good book, and being outdoors whenever I can. I feel most grounded in the mountains and love spending that time in nature with my big, sweet dog, Farley. I believe: balance, connection, and wellbeing matter, and I bring that same steady, thoughtful approach into every client relationship.
