My name is Brenda Shaw, and I have over 15 years of experience in group benefits, supporting businesses across BC, Alberta, and the Yukon.

For me, group benefits are more than a compensation tool - they’re promise employers make to their teams. My approach is hands-on and relationship focused. I act as an extension of your office, supporting plan administrators and ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and transparency at every step.

Much of my business comes through referrals, which I attribute to consistently exceeding expectations and being available when my clients need support most.

I recently launched Quality Team Benefits and work in partnership with Benefits Authority because our values align - prioritizing education, transparent pricing, and long-term trust. My goal is simple: to ensure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident they have the right advisory team behind them.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and travelling.
